Fredricka Whitfield's Egg in a Basket
Egg in a Basket
1 slice bread
Use a glass or knife to cut a circular hole in the middle of your bread (at least two inches in diameter). Heat a pan with butter. Then place your bread into the skillet and carefully crack an egg into the hole of the bread. Cook undisturbed for two to three minutes, depending on how you like your yolk. Flip and cook the other side for about 20 to 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy.

Did you Know?
Did you know many people experience phantom phone calls and texts? Have you ever been convinced that you felt your phone vibrating in your pocket or heard your phone ringing, but when you check your phone, there are no new notifications?
Phantom phone experience (such as thinking you hear ringing, vibration, and notifications) could signify just how psychologically dependent you’ve become on your phone. More than 80 percent of college students surveyed have experienced it. For many people, detecting a vibrating phone has become a habit, and the slightest muscle twitch or feeling of clothing moving is often wrongly interpreted as phone vibration.
